Hinge pivot

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. Can you show me a clearer picture of the hole pattern that this hinge has, or rather the pattern of the holes that it uses to install? From there we'll do our best to help. 

Hello there. I am not entirely sure what to recommend, but take a look at the following pivots: First, the 79-098, which is used on US Aluminum doors; then, the 79-126, which is used on Amarlite commercial doors. See which one you think would line up best. I kind of like the 79-098, but let me know what you think.
