Hello!

We've never heard of a handle having a hole center spacing of 4-1/8". That's pretty weird. The installation hole center spacing should be 3-15/16" which is very common for this door. If that's the case, you can use the 82-030 handle set and adapt the outside pull to use our 82-310 key lock (sold separately). This blog article here will explain how to do so.

You definitely wouldn't want the 82-081. This measures 4-15/16" on installation hole centers. The 82-030 has the 3-15/16" hole center spacing that you need and is our best match for your old hardware.
