Home Depot Window - need Pivot Shoe

Question

Need pivot shoe for double hung window. Am sending picture of sticker on side of window frame. Second pic is of broken pivot show. I'll replace bottom and top window shoe. I am OK with taking time to figure out what I need, not in a rush. I am not sure of the manufacturer. I suspect American Craftsman

Thanks for posting. This is actually a Simonton Coil Balance assembly and shoe. Unfortunately these parts are no longer made. The good news is we've found our 15-259 Pivot Shoe can work as a substitute. You will, however, have to replace the coil springs with our Series 159 Coil Balances. We have a video that takes you through the conversion process. Check it out below, and let me know if you have any questions.
