Hook and nylon casing

Hello all, I am looking for the plastic or nylon piece with the hook that pulls the window in. It is the top piece in the picture. Thank you very much for your time. -Steve

Thanks for reaching out to us. It's hard to say what this part could be. Would it be possible for us to see it removed from the window? Can you confirm whether this is an awning window?

I did pull it out and it matched your 36-015 - Arm Window Hook. I have ordered a few.
