Arm Window Hook, Pair

We need replacement parts for our jalousie windows. Can anybody identify the type of jalousie window and what these parts are? No names visible.

I purchased the crank operators which were the correct ones. Now I am looking for the hook or keeper in the lower corner. I am not sure what the are called or the window manufacturer. My windows have the Swisco 36-015 but I think the hooks are failing to rotate when I close the window. I think the window hits the hooks and stops there. I don't know the installation process for these hooks. Any help you can give me about parts you have for these window hinges and how they install ... (cont.)
