I purchased the crank operators which were the correct ones. Now I am looking for the hook or keeper in the lower corner. I am not sure what the are called or the window manufacturer. They work independently of the crank. When the window closes a pin makes contact them, then they hook on to the pin ... (cont.)

My windows have the Swisco 36-015 but I think the hooks are failing to rotate when I close the window. I think the window hits the hooks and stops there. I don't know the installation process for these hooks. Any help you can give me about parts you have for these window hinges and how they install ... (cont.)

1994 crank windows. White Right handed crank. How find correct part.? the crank box itself: height is 4.5 inches, depth is 2.25 inches, 1 inch width. distance between screw holes that hold it to window frame : top to bottom 5.5 inches, and width of screws holes at bottom are 1 ¼ to 1 3/8 ... As you can see in the photos there are plastic pins attached to the sides. And hooks that hook onto the pins and prevent the window from opening after it is shut. I don't know the technical name for either of these parts or where to find them. Any help would be appreciated!

I'm looking for this plastic peg piece. As you can see one is broken and then I took a picture of one not broken and then the metal claw that grabs onto it is the reason the peg exist I do not need a new claw piece. I only need that plastic peg piece Thanks for your help Sam

Attached find pictures of the " locking" mechanism that seems to be out of sync. When the window is closed the "hooks" should pull the window in to lock it, instead they are holding the window out .

I have a broken awning window lock. (Hook shaped part that pulls window in tight when closed) Unfortunately I don't have a picture of the part, removed. I don't see a name on the window anywhere.

In the first picture you'll see the locking mechanism w/Pat.#299775 to the left is the plastic pin that latches to lock the pane in place. I need the plastic pin which has broken off from several windows. Can you help? Thank you

This early 80s vintage Florida window will not open with the crank. The crank seems to work but the linkage is bent and the plastic parts are broken.
