We need replacement parts for our jalousie windows. Can anybody identify the type of jalousie window and what these parts are? No names visible.

Hello, thank you for writing in. Those hooks look like our 36-015. I'm afraid I can't identify the operator itself from just that arm. I will need to see the rest of the operator assembly in order to make a recommendation.
