Is it easy for a homeowner to put these hooks on 15-198? is there an easy way to do it? thanks

Here are some instructions: Gently pull the cord out and carefully place it under pressure in a vice (or use vice grips); be sure to wear safety glasses like our 75-078. Then, remove the old clip and replace it with a new one. Take note, though. If it's an older balance and the clip is worn, it's normally a sign to replace the balance soon.
