Hoping for your expertise to on viking bathroom windows - fotos attached

Hi - hoping for help figuring out what i'm missing. I've photographed each of the pieces -- the two side slider things -- plus the window. But it seems like i'm missing some clips on the window frame to keep everything in place. But there reality is i don't have a manual to show how things should snap together. Hoping you might coach me a bit. I'll pay overnight shipping on anything you deem i need to get things working. Also hoping you might have an installation manual for the Viking windows -- since i'm struggling a bit ..

I don't see anything missing in particular. The holes you focus on in your second photo appear to just be the holes where you'd put the balance hook.

Can you go into more detail as to what kind of problems it is you're facing? The only clips that go on the side frame are the take-out clips, like our 16-002. That doesn't keep everything in place, though. Those just help you take the balance and sash out to begin with.
