Hello,

Unfortunately, we can't identify your manufacturer but if you could show us the parts you need removed from the window, there's a good chance that we can point you in the right direction. Thank you!

Thank you. Here are photos of the window parts.

in addition to replacement parts I'm also looking for installation manual and videos for install if possible.

It looks like you have either our S351, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need to locate the stamp on the metal channel to choose to corresponding spring strength option for your replacement balances.

As for the top sash guide, you can start by comparing the 18-008 or 18-008H to yours. Thank you!

Thank you.

I measured mine as 1-1/8" so it appears to be S390, with a 15-001

as for the stamp on the metal channel to choose to corresponding spring strength

I see a number 2640 stamped on it?

also - attached is Top Sash photo and measurement.

It sounds like you'll need the S390-27 with a 2640 strength option. As for your guide, the 18-008 looks like our best bet.

Wow - thanks so much.

Anything else you recommend servicing/replacing as part of this?

for example, are there certain weather strips on the sides or bottom of sash to help keep out cold or insects?

You can see our selection of weatherstripping here but you would need to remove a sample of yours to compare to our inventory. If there are any other parts you need to replace, feel free to show us photos and dimensions.

Thank you.

What's the best advice to lubricate or treat noisy channel balances?

I have a few that function but are noisy.

For noisy springs we generally recommend silicone spray.

Hi. I watched this video on how to use cut-out method on pike weather stripping but the for corners of my sash are aluminum so I don't know how or if the cutout method will work.

How can I install new pile weatherstripping.

Looking at your photo of the window frame, It appears that you have a "take apart" window frame. I would suggest removing the corner screw and pull the frame apart just enough to slide out the old wool pile and install the new pile. Take your time in doing this. You don't want to damage the frame or the glass. Also, if you find out that it is easier to take the frame apart you will need to mark of number the corners so you put the frame back together correctly.

This part is called a tilt latch. Yours in particular resembles our 26-194 and 26-193, but you should carefully review our dimensions to verify that they are all in alignment.
