We are looking for both balances and night latches for 8 windows.
These are Series 3000 DH H-R25-46"x 68"

Thanks for reaching out to us! This old rod balance isn't made anymore but luckily we can still help. You can use our Series 795 channel balance as a replacement as long as the old spring diameter is 1/2". The video below will go over all the important details.

As for the latch, see if the specifications of the 26-243 and 26-244 match up with what you're looking for.

Oh, my apologies! I thought you were referring to the latch shown in your second photo. Can you show me a photo of the night latch in question? That will allow me to narrow down some options.

Our department doesn't process orders but pricing can be found on the Series 795 store page. You will have to watch the video linked above to determine the lengths and other specifications for the replacement balances.
