Hello,

You should be able to use a screw driver or something similar and shove the rest of the bar further into the window. The window is hollow and getting it out isn't really important. What's important is making room for the new pivot bar.

Once it's out of the way, send us a picture of the pivot bar on the other side of your window and we can help you find a replacement. Thank you!

Ok I removed the inside piece that was broken. There is still the piece at the end that broke off also. I just cant find it to let you look at the length

Thank you. Could you get us a picture of the pivot bar at the other end of the window, like Casey suggested? I'm afraid this one is too damaged for us to identify. We'd need an undamaged version of this pivot bar in order to accurately identify a replacement. Thank you!

We don't have anything exactly like this pivot bar, but I'm reminded of our 26-422. I'm just not sure if the measurements will match up. Look it over and see what you think.

We also have the 26-040, which may also work. The most important measurement to consider is the center of the used screw hole to the front tip of the pivot bar.
