How can I replace this double coil system?

I need directions to replace a double coil system. (I have one in the picture.) Also can this be used on the right or left side of the window?

Hello! We do sell both the spring and pivot shoe that you show in these photos. See our 15-177 shoe and Series 159 spring, respectively, which can be used on either the right or left hand side of your window interchangeably. Note that these are sold separately.

As for installation, we don't have instructions for these specific products but we have a general tutorial that follows the same principles. I'll share that below.
