How do I measure for a replacement pivot shoe?

The window is 36" wide and I'm not sure of the brand. The spiral balance has a red end. I'm just not sure how to measure the pivot shoe for replacement. It is a double hung window and will not stay up. The first photo shows the broken pivot shoe and the second photo shows the "good" pivot shoe.

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see your pivot shoe fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. We'll also need you to write out the exact width and thickness of the shoe to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

It is 1/2" thick. The metal part that holds the rod broke off.

Thanks for getting back to us. If your pivot shoe measures 1-1/4" wide by 1/2" thick, I would recommend taking a look at the 15-046 shown below.
