How to measure pivot shoe

Question

My spiral is 28" with orange cap 5/8 thick. Need accompany pivot shor. Bottom sash only tilts.
Height 2 1/8"
Width 1 1/4
Thickens. 1/2"

Hello! My recommendation for the spiral balance would be the S600-28. For the pivot shoe, see our 15-046. our dimensions all seem to match yours precisely, aside from length, but that doesn't matter that much.
