Thanks for the photos. This is a coils balance assembly we've seen a few times before, but not that often. These are an older pivot shoe.

We unfortunately don't have an exact match for them. In fact, we are sure that these have been made in a long time, to be quite transparent. In the past, we have recommended out Series 140 Coil Balance assembly in its place. However, I can't make any guarantees that this will work for you. Although, it is worth considering as a replacement option.

If you decide to try it out, you will need to weigh your sash to confirm which Series 140 strength option to go with. You will also need either a new 26-398 or 26-405 pivot bar, since these are the two pivot bars compatible with this balance assembly. You'll need to be especially sure that at least one of the installation hole measurements lines up with the holes on your sash.
