Hurd 32" awning window operator

I need this part. It's for a Hurd 32" awning window. The gears are stripped and the window does not seal properly. Some parts numbers may be: 209 DLX awning operator, 090939, 010740, 010739. I believe the color is gold. The arms are 15 /14" long when closed. The body is 2 7/16 by 5 1/4". Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
