Hurd Window Balance

Hi,
I have a customer that has a broken rope on their window balance and they claim it is a Hurd Window but my guys could not find anything on the windows mentioning a brand name. Can you tell by these pictures if you would have a replacement balance for these? Thank you!

Hello,

The balances you're replacing are similar to the S795-26 (26C) except that they use the 15-198 hook, which we can supply through a custom order. Make sure to confirm the metal channel measures 26" long. If so, see the order link and price quote we just sent over for a pair of balances.
