I need the crank mechanism for a left hand and a right hand Hurd casement.

Hello, Jeff. The operator in your photo looks like it could be either our 39-253RB or 39-439B, depending on the design of the slider at the end of the arm. The video below will go into more detail as to what I need, and help you pick out the correct product.

Regardless of which one you go with, you'll also need a new 39-452 cover.
