Thanks for writing in! From what I've found in our database, the number provided on the arm of your operator is most often associate with the 39-387 Split-Arm Operator and its opposite handed version, part 39-388. The compatible crank handle is the 39-114L.

To confirm that this is the right replacement, carefully review and compare the dimensions below.  If the dimensions from your operator are not a match, I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator. This includes a photo of the base of the operator as well as a clearer of the arm and how the operator connects to the bottom of the swinging sash.
