Hurd window channel balance spring and clutch shoe

The clutch shoe on this channel balance is broken and the spring is damaged. These parts are from a Hurd window 31x23 (visible glass) lower sash installed around the year 2001. Do you have replacement parts for these items?

We can replace the shoe, which is our 15-104, but not the balance itself. For that, you will need an all new jamb liner, which we can't supply.

Assuming that these are wood windows, I recommend contacting a local mill work for assistance.
