Hurd window crank

A handy person from Kentucky says:
I need a new Hurd window crank. It does not crank out or back in. The handle just circles with no connection to the window as it just swings out after unlocked. We have to push it back from the outside to close it. What part do I need? Thank you!

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

Your operator might be the older style Truth hardware with a "rectangular" body. Take a look at the 39-014 operator with the 13-1/2" arm length. We also carry the 39-028E with the shorter arm but your operator's arm looks longer. Take a look and compare the specifications to your hardware. Thank you!
