Hi Stan,
Thanks for posting! Your window operator can be replaced with the 39-239B Encore Awning Operator (the stainless steel version is the 39-239C). I'm confident this is the correct replacement but be sure to compare the dimensions to confirm.
The operators come with the 39-558 clips attached to them but the other hardware and accessories are sold separately. They can be found tagged below this thread.
