Hurd wood casement Windows circa 1989.

Handy Person from Boston MA area
Hurd wood casement Windows circa 1989. On glass, HURD IGCC 276 CBA.
Looking for the weather stripping:
1. there is an inner piece which is grey in color; APPEARS to have "fins" pressed into a "groove".
2. There is an outer piece which is white in color; not sure how this is attached.
3. The replacement colors are not a big issue.
4. (the ruler does not start at 0")
5. Can both the inner and the outer weather stripping pieces be easily, successfully removed and replaced?
Or
6. Can an adhesive weather stripping be used?
Thank you very much!

I'm afraid I cannot determine what weatherstripping you have from these photos. Can you remove a small undamaged sample of each piece you need and show us a clear photo of their end profile? That will be a huge help. In the meantime, you can see our entire selection here. Browsing through this section should give you an idea of what kind of information we need.
