Question

Attached pls find 5 of the 10 photos.  (Next 5 photos in 2 of 2 email).  The problem being that the gears are stripped.

Thanks for reaching out to us! Looks like your operator is a match for either our 39-253LB or 39-438B, depending on the guide at the end of the arm. I can't see that guide in your photos, but the video below will help you determine the difference.

In either case, the cover is sold separately under the 39-451.
