Hello, thank you for posting!

Unfortunately we are not able to cross reference the information provided. To move forward, we will need to see pictures of the original pivot shoe removed from the window channel.

This is what it has come down to,. The existing shoes has literally crumbled, however I did get the Pat.# 5,704,165

Thank you for the additional pictures.

Unfortunately your coil assembly is no longer made, but you should be able to replace the assembly with our 15-177 pivot shoe and Series 152 coil springs. Just make sure the dimensions are the same; your shoe should be 1-1/4" wide by 9/16" thick and the spring itself should be 1/2" thick. Please note that your current pivot bar may not fit directly into the new pivot shoe which may require some adaptation. Please let me know if you have any questions.
