I assume these are broken

Question

The pictures attached are the parts that I presume are broken. Window does not stay up anymore and falls right back down dangerously. Please advise a fix

Hey there! Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't sell this particular pivot shoe but the 15-199 is our recommendation. This is used with the 1/2" Series 160 and 3/8" Series 165. Can you measure the width of the spring band and tell us what you find?

You'll also want to check the spring for any stamped numbers that may indicate the weight. If there aren't any, we will need you to weigh the window sash on a scale and tell us the precise weight.
