I think we have Martin windows. We closed on our newly built home in January 1993, so wimdows were installed in late 1992. They are double hung tilt in windows.. We are selling our home and have to replace a broken counter balance plastic piece that holds the spring system and window in place. I glued the broken pieces back together for the photo. The other photos are from another window. Any idea how we can get this piece?
