I can't find a replacement handle and lock

Thanks for posting. While I'm afraid I can't cross-reference that code to specific parts, based on how your old hardware works, I'm confident we have replacements for you. The handle set looks like it has 3-15/16" hole spacing and a thumb lever and keylock in an 'offset' position (that is to say, where the thumb lever and keylock are closer to the bottom of the handle set rather than perfectly centered). If so, see our 82-086. The mortise lock looks similar to our 82-265. For a new keeper that works with this mortise lock, see our 82-249.
