I have 4 non tilting vertical windows

There are a total of 8 spiral balances that are broken. I'm not sure they are the proper weight support or not.

Based on your photos, you need our S500-30 non-tilt balance with a blue tip. To verify the tip color, weigh your window sash. It should weigh 12 to 31 pounds. Let me know if that looks right.
