I have Polaris windows and I ordered the 8lb series 140 quick tilt D140-08

My problem is the metal connector that fits into window pole is too narrow, see attached photos. Do you have a different part?

Hello there!

It looks like you have a pivot shoe that's been discontinued. The good news is that the 15-177 can replace it. The Series 152 (sold separately) is designed to be used with this pivot shoe, but you'll have to check the spring band for a weight code. Take a look at the specifications and let us know if you have any questions.
