Thank you for bearing with us during this busy season. We're happy to look into this but we'll need additional information. Can you upload photos of your balance and the shoe? Does the balance install with a screw or a hook?

Attached files show front and back of balance. It has a hook with a screw boss. First picture is front with hook and second photo is back. I also need the pivots. 2 balances with attachments plus 2 pivots. Thanks.

Thank you! Your balance indeed is a match for the Series 795. You have an open-cam shoe, so you'll need the 15-195B, which is sold separately. The S795 comes attached with a closed-cam shoe by default, so you'll have to remove that and install the open-cam shoe on the balance. The video below shows how to do so.

Your balance appears to use a screw tab to install, not a hook. The Series 795 uses a screw to install so you should be good to go with this.

Please note that our shoe is 1-1/4" wide as shown below. You'll want to make sure yours matches this.
