I have a new door, need handle

Quick Learner from Frederick, MD
I have an interior glass sliding door with a wooden frame 1 5/8"thick with no previous hardware on it. I need to install a lock on it. Can you suggest a lock for it?

It's strange that there isn't any existing hardware. Is there at least an opening, or screw holes? If you were to tell me the distance between the screw holes, center-to-center, I'd have a better idea of what you can use.

In the meantime, you can check out our 82-005 as a possible replacement.

Thank you Dave.
There is only two wooden handles attached with two wooden dowels spaced 5" on center. The style is 2 1/4" wide.
I liked the 80-005 but I need to open the door from the "inside" and the "outside" because is an interior door. Even is there is a key on one side.
Thanks again for your time

Ah, I see. I think you should definitely consider our 82-005, along with our 82-306 for a keyed outside pull. I can't guarantee that it will work, but the 82-005 is surface mounted and may be your only option. You may want the help of a locksmith.
