Hello there. You don't show the pivot shoe. Does it look like the 15-180? If so, these are Series 190 Coil Balance springs. For a 22.7 pound sash, use the S190-540 5 pound spring and S190-640 6 pound spring, one each on both sides of the sash. That'll give you 11 pounds of support on either side, for a grand total of 22 pounds of support (being within 1 pound of the exact sash weight works fine). For the 19.1 pound window, I'd use the S190-540 5 pound springs, two on each side. That would give you 10 pounds of support on either side, for a total of 20 pounds of support.
