I need 2 balances like these.

A contractor from Indianapolis says:
They do not tilt. 2830 is the number on them. 1/2" wide.

Hello there. The bottom nylon shoe appears damaged, so I'd remove an undamaged version and compare with our S380-29 or S385-29. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2830.
