I need 4 sliding door rollers and 2 window balances and I cant find the right part

Question

The website would not let me upload all the pictures the window balance is 25 inches long and i will have to send another email with the rest of the photos if I can figure it out.

It appears that your roller uses a flat style wheel. If so, please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 81-011 roller assembly to see how it compares to your original. Let us know what you think!

Your balance resembles the Series 370 channel balance. To further review, are you able to provide the number stamped on the metal channel? If there is no number visible, we will need to know the weight of the window sash. The sash will need to be removed and placed on a scale. Thank you!
