Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. It sounds like you may be looking for window balances. Unfortunately, the numbers stamped on the metal channel don't tell us the identity of your hardware so we'll need more information. Can you remove an undamaged balance and show us photos of the top and bottom fittings? Can you also show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel.

Thanks for the response! I just sent photos of top and bottom fittings and the inside metal channel with the spring.  4 photos in total through my iPhone

Hmm, it looks like your photos didn't come through. Could you email them to help@swisco.com and include the D349667 D350550 reference number?

OK, thanks.  I just resend the 4 pictures of the window balance

Thank you! Based on these photos, we recommend the S380-27 or S385-27 with the 2650 stamp option. The best match will depend on the depth of the bottom shoe so you'll have to measure as shown below.

Thank You for the information, but before I put in an order the metal length is 26 inches, will the length matter if 26 inches or 27 inches?  Because the s380 you mentioned is 27 inches.  Thanks again!

Your 26-5 stamp tells us that the metal channel should be 27" long. If it's indeed 26", you'd want to go with the 26" length. You must also weigh the window sash to pick the proper stamp option. There's a chart under the product description on the S380-26 and S385-26 store pages that you can use as a reference for what's best for your sash.
