I need a balance replacement for a viking window

Question

I need the entire channel balance replacement part for a viking window. The length is 21". The width of the top part is 1'. Two stamp markings 2030 and BSI...I think. There is also a DL stamp but I do not think that stamp is useful. The windows were purchased in 1999 or 2000. The window does not tilt. Based on the pictures of a replacement part I think I need to order S385-21,, but would appreciate your expertise.

Hi, Mike!

This looks like our S395-21 channel balance with the 2030 stamp option, not the Series 385. The Series 395 has a winged top fitting and a wingless bottom fitting whereas the Series 385 has winged top and bottom fittings. Take a look and let me know if you have any questions.
