I'm not sure what to do, I can't find ant reference on any window in the house. The glass guys have no idea. I found one on your website that looks right (S140) but I don't see the holes for the mounting screws. Please let me know what you think so I can get this window fixed and have a couple spares.

Hello, Derrick. The Series 140 will not replace this. It looks like you just need a new shoe, to be honest. See our 15-180. This should repair your original balance system.
