I need a keeper for this sliding patio door latch.

Question

I am looking for a keeper that will work with this multi point patio door latch. On center measurements  of latch are 6 1/2?. Inside dimension between latch points is 4 3/4?. Thank you.

The mortise latch you are showing us looks close to our 82-265 which comes with a flat keeper. Taking a closer look at your photos, your mortise latch looks like it is set back into your patio door frame. You may want to consider also going with the 82-249 keeper. Take a look at both parts mentioned and see what you think.
