I need balance shoe replacement parts

I don't believe this style of shoe is made anymore. The issue is the deep groove in the stem, which matches a groove in the balance channel itself.

The only thing I can recommend for you is to replace the entire balance with our Series 795. This works the same way as your original, it just lacks the groove.

You'll note that the Series 795 comes with a 1-1/4" wide shoe by default. Your shoe looks like a skinnier version, likely 1" wide. With that in mind, you'll also need to purchase a 15-194 separately and pop it on the new balance. The video below will show you how this can  be done.
