Hello,
The current channel balances I have are 20" from end to end of the metal. It is a non-tilt window and the stamp reads 1920. Based off of looking at the plastic fittings on each end it appears to me that this is a 20" series 378 channel balance but I could certainly be wrong. I have attached photos. Thanks for your help, your site is great!

Hey there. This is either an S378-20, S380-20, or S385-20. These balances are all identical save for the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. In any event, for a stamp option choose 1920.

Thank you so much for the reply. I measured the shoe depth multiple times and I got 1 1/16th (my ruler does not have marks to the 32nd). I assume I should get the S385 since that 1 1/32 measurement is closer?

Yep. Sometimes these shoes can wear down a little from age. But in this case, if it's deeper than 1", then the Series 385 is the correct choice. Let us know if you have further questions.
