I need help figuring out this window part

I really need help figuring this out. The same pice on the bottom of my window is ruined with water damage. I'm trying to replace the part and I can't find it anywhere.

Hello,

It looks like you have our S795 balance. You'll need to measure the balance and provide the stamp number to choose the correct one for your window. If you only need to replace the shoe, take a look at our 15-195 balance shoe. Thank you!
