I need help finding a replacement handle/lock

Hello!

I recently moved into a new house and the handle/lock mechanism on the sliding glass door is having issues. The interior locking latch keeps falling out of the lock onto the floor. I'm looking to replace whatever parts need replacing, most likely the lock and the handle. Can anyone tell me what I should use as replacement parts? There are no markings that I can find on the handle or lock that would identify the brand.

Are these pretty standard sizes that could be replaced by any brand? I've found a similar style on Swisco and am wondering if this will fit my door:

Legacy Keyed Handle Set 82-086 - https://www.swisco.com/Legacy-Handle/pd/Patio-Glass-Door-Replacement-Locking-Handles/82-086

Multi Point Mortise Lock with Face Plate - https://www.swisco.com/Multi-Point-Lock-Plate-11/pd/Patio-Glass-Door-Replacement-Internal-Locks/82-265

I would very much appreciate any help!!

Thanks for posting. Good deductions on your part. Yes, this mortise lock and handle set are types used with a few different brands, and they are indeed the 82-086 and 82-265. Now it's just a question of whether or not you need both. Remove the handle set and try manually throwing the mortise lock with a flathead screwdriver. If it doesn't budge, then you know the mortise lock is broken and was probably the cause of the thumb lever breaking as well. If the mortise lock works just fine, then you might just need the 82-086. Let me know if you have further questions.

Hey Bob,
I took the handle off and it looks like the lock works just fine, so I'll just order that new handle set. Thanks so much for your help!
