I need parts to fix this window both upper and lower

Home Owner from Salem Virginia
I didn't see any numbers or markings on the coil spring. The window is 31 X 52. The plastic piece that held the coil spring broke apart when I tilt the window. I have 8 windows and some don't tilt in as they are suppose to.

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Can you remove the pivot shoe from the window? I'm afraid it's too obscured to ID.

Thank you! This reminds me of the 15-140, which is used with the Series 150 coil springs. We recommend you review the thickness and width specifications to confirm they match what you need.

The old cam looks a little different from ours, however. Could you show us a photo of the pivot bar removed from the window sash? We just want to confirm if it will be compatible with our pivot shoe.

In the meantime, the video below goes over how to pick the proper coil weight.

Emily isn't here today, but I'll do my best to assist you.

Starting with the pivot bar, we sell a bunch of different bars in this style. It's very difficult to determine the best pick without knowing your measurements. Start by looking at our 26-313, 26-083, and 26-040. Review all measurements to see how well they compare. We offer other sizes, too, these are jut to start.

The tilt latch is an interior style and therefore it's not possible to identify it so long as it's still in the window. Full removal will be necessary for us to continue, same as everything else you want to identify. Our service requires clear, unobstructed photos of all parts you're inquiring about. Written dimensions would also be helpful.
