I need replacement Balance

Thanks for posting. This looks like either a Series 380 or Series 385 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. Could you confirm the length of the metal channel, not including those end attachments? A balance stamped 26 4 would normally have a metal channel length of 27", so be certain about this before proceeding. 

As far as anything else you need, it looks like you might need new Take-Out Clips: see our 16-002.
