Looks like you need a new handle set and mortise lock. We sell both products, but separately. See our 82-086 for the handle set and 82-265 for the mortise. Make sure to review the dimensions and information we have for each product before you buy anything, just to verify that everything lines up.

Lastly, please note that our 82-265 may not be compatible with your original keeper, depending on the age and make of the door. If so then you would additionally need our 82-249 keeper.
