I need the in between operator.

A quick learner from New York says:
I need the entry gard dyad window operator, but My window has a 5-1/2" outer arm. You have two versions.
One is only 3-15/16", and the other is 6-1/2". Do you have one for me?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
I'm not sure what it is you're looking at. Can you give me the SWISCO product code? Can you also show me a picture of your operator?
A quick learner from Long Beach says:
Attached photo. The following is list of all numbers I can see in the piece:

TRUTH. 30985 (On 5 1/2" arm)
503 (on back of 5 1/2" arm)

31504. 31568. (On piece attached to arm)
EntryGard. TRUTH

All the numbers are etched on different parts of the arm piece. Some appear to be xxx out.

Tom from SWISCO responded:
I'm afraid we don't have a version of this operator with a 5-1/2" arm. Can you confirm the size? If it is 5-1/2", you will need to reuse that arm by drill it off, then installing it on an operator like our 39-035 with a 62-014 rivet. You will also have to drill the arm off the 39-035 off beforehand, of course.
