It's 24'5 and the hock on the bottom is one inch , I live in Canada , I was wondering if I order them how long would it take to receive them. I need 4 of them.

It looks like you have an old rod balance that hasn't been made in a while. Is the spring diameter 1/2"? If it is, the video below will walk you through how to convert your windows to use the Series 795.
