I need the top hool for my window balancer. The first picture is the hook that broke.

Hello there. I am afraid I'm not quite sure what you mean by hook. Maybe you mean the take-out clip. In which case, see our 16-002. If this is not what you need, please specify and I'll be happy to help further.
